Founder & Principal
Geoff Vogt is an executive leader with 20+ years of experience leading system‑level change across public, nonprofit, and education sectors. He has delivered $800M+ in community infrastructure, rebuilt senior leadership teams, and guided organizations through major periods of change. Geoff also brings strong nonprofit governance experience as a long‑time volunteer board chair and director with community organizations, including helping boards move to strong governance systems.
